We will safeguard, according to strict standards
of security and confidentiality, any information our customers share
with us.

We will permit only authorized employees, who are
trained in the proper handling of customer data, to have access to
that information. Employees who violate our Privacy Policy will be
subject to our normal disciplinary process.

Your content/data or any part thereof belonging
to you, which is utilized by you with your system at our computer data
centre, will not be disclosed, sold or assigned by us to any third
party.

We will not reveal customer information to any
external organization unless we have previously informed the customer
in disclosures or agreements, been authorized by the customer, or are
required by law.

Whenever we hire other organizations to provide
support services, we will require them to conform to our policy
standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND OWNERSHIP
OF DATA AND INFORMATION

Both you and us undertake at all times to hold in
confidence for the other party, to use only for the purpose hereof and
not to print, publicize or otherwise disclose to any third party,
confidential information (hereinafter referred to as 'Confidential
Information'). Confidential Information will include but is not
limited to any content, document or idea which relates to research
carried out by us on your behalf.

Confidential Information does not include any
content, document or idea which is or becomes public domain through no
fault of the receiving party; or is lawfully obtained by the receiving
party from a third party who in making such disclosure imposes no
obligation of confidence on the receiving party.

Nothing in this agreement will be construed as
giving either party by implication or otherwise any right in or title
to intellectual property or proprietary rights owned by or licensed to
the other party.

You warrant that you have the full and complete
rights to use your content/data and that such content/data will not be
defamatory, offensive, indecent, objectionable or illegal nor will it
violate any application laws, rules or regulations. You will
indemnify us against any claim or action and any damages, cost and
expenses incurred thereby as a result of a breach of this warranty.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to amend this policy from
time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use
the information, we will notify you in writing. You agree that such
posting will constitute sufficient and adequate notice to you of the
changes.

You agree that your continued use of our products
or services after such amendment will constitute your acceptance of
and agreement to be bound by the modified policy.
